Sheya Bennett has been a full time teacher at PWNS for 13 years, and with our preschool for a total of 17 years. In addition to her preschool teaching experience, she spent six years developing curriculum and overseeing Workshop Rotation and Vacation Bible School for First Presbyterian Church's Christian Education Design Team. Sheya and Bryan have two children: Ben, a graduate of Columbia University in Chicago and currently serving in the Air Force, and Aly, a PWNS graduate and student at IUN. She is also a proud grandma of two young grandsons.
Ann Skadberg served at the elementary schools in Benton Community School Corporation for five years and more recently at Ben Franklin Middle School. She was a substitute teacher at PWNS for two years before becoming a full time teacher in 2006. Ann graduated from Purdue University with her M.S. in School Counseling. Ann and R.G.'s children, Allison and Lauren, are PWNS graduates and students at Valparaiso High School.
Both teachers are members of NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and are active and involved members of the First Presbyterian Church.
